Private karaoke room rates at ZIGGY’S CHIJMES. Room rental is charged by room type, day and time. Karaoke fees are charged separately per guest.

Rooms start from $40 per hour. A $10-per-guest karaoke fee and a two-hour minimum apply. Prices exclude GST and 10% service charge. Rates vary by room, day and time.

Karaoke Fees

$10 per guest. Karaoke fees are charged in addition to, and separate from, the room rental fee, to cover music and karaoke-related licensing charges for the authorised commercial use of music videos.

Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum booking duration is 2 hours.
  • Room rental fees exclude food and beverages.
  • Karaoke fees are charged separately at $10 per guest.
  • Bookings will be held for 15 minutes from the booking time, after which rooms may be released to other guests.
  • If you expect to be late, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate, subject to room availability at the time.
  • Hourly rental charges will start to accrue from the booking time.
  • All prices quoted exclude prevailing Goods and Services Tax and 10% service charge.
  • ZIGGY’S is strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $500 for guest rooms and $1,000 for VIP rooms will be charged if smoking is detected.

Rates and bottle waivers

Is there a karaoke fee on top of the room rate?

Yes. A karaoke fee of $10 per guest is charged in addition to, and separately from, the room rental. It covers music and karaoke-related licensing for the authorised commercial use of music videos.

Do bottle packages include or waive room rental?

Selected bottle packages waive room rental for two hours, rather than including it. The number of bottles needed varies by room — the exact quantities are shown on each room above — and the waiver applies to room rental only.

Does the karaoke fee still apply with a bottle package?

Yes. The $10-per-guest karaoke fee still applies even when a bottle package waives your room rental.

Does the two-hour minimum still apply when room rental is waived?

Yes. The minimum booking duration of two hours applies to every booking, including when a bottle package waives your room rental.

Are GST and service charge included in the listed prices?

No. All listed prices exclude prevailing GST and a 10% service charge.
