How does the karaoke system work?

Every ZIGGY’S room has a mobile-controlled karaoke setup with a professional-grade sound system, so there is nothing to download — just scan the QR code in your room to start. You run everything from your own phone: search, preview and queue songs, play, pause, skip, repeat, change the key, switch between singing and the original vocals, and set the microphone, echo and music levels. Songs are volume-levelled automatically, so you are not adjusting the volume between tracks.

What songs can we sing at ZIGGY’S?

ZIGGY’S karaoke system has a library of over 700,000 songs across Chinese, English, Malay, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean and Thai, with an on-screen interface in Chinese, English and Indonesian. If a song is not in the library, you can play it straight from YouTube, and the system keeps your favourites and history so your go-to songs are easy to find. Is there a karaoke fee on top of the room rate?

Do bottle packages include room rental?

Yes. At ZIGGY’S, purchasing a qualifying number of bottles entitles you to a complimentary room rental waiver for that session. Package details are at ziggys.com.sg/room-rates. One thing to note: the per-guest karaoke fee still applies alongside a bottle package — it is not covered by the room waiver.

Does the karaoke fee still apply with a bottle package?

Changes, cancellations and deposits


What is required to confirm an event booking?

For an event booking at ZIGGY’S, the booking is confirmed once a 50% non-refundable deposit is received against the agreed quotation. The deposit secures your date and room. The remaining balance is then payable before your event, by the applicable deadline. Until the deposit is received, the event booking is not confirmed.

Is the event deposit refundable?

When is the event balance due?

For a standard event booking at ZIGGY’S, the balance is due no later than three days before your event date. For a venue buyout, the balance is due no later than two weeks before the event. If an invoice is issued inside the applicable deadline, the full amount is payable rather than a deposit.

What if I need to cancel?
