What can I expect at Ziggys?

At Ziggy’s you can expect luxuriously appointed private karaoke rooms with excellent service, from the moment you get in touch with us to long after your party leaves. We don’t just want to be the best karaoke lounge, we aim to be the best host. Ever.

For events big and small, each of our private rooms come equipped with a flat screen TV, two microphones, a mini bar, touch-screen song selection and a selection of costumes and props to up the entertainment factor.

Can I just have a drink at the bar or do I have to book a room?

If you don’t feel like booking a room, our bar is open daily and we welcome you to pop in and take a break, have a snack and sample our sakés or cocktails.

What do I need to make a reservation?

You can fill in the reservation form or call us on +65 62355400. We will find out what’s bringing you into sing and how many guests you’ll have, then align your request with our available times and the confirmation details.

How does payment work?

You will be billed from the time you check in. If you arrive and check in during happy hour then the happy hour hourly rate applies until the prime time rate starts. Bills are settled at the end of your session with our reception host.

Do you offer catering?

Yes! We offer a selection of appetizers, snacks and more substantial fare for parties large and small—see our Special Events page for ideas. Please contact us at info@ziggys.com.sg to discuss options for your event.

Do you allow outside food?

You can bring a dessert such as a cake for a birthday or special celebration, but we do not allow guests to bring their own outside food.

Do you have my song?

We have over 100,000 songs in languages including English, Chinese, Malay, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Spanish and more! If we don’t have your favourite song, please let us know.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of karaoke. In order to ensure that your cancellation is received in time, please notify us as soon as possible either via your confirmation email link or +65 62355400.

What if I’m running late?

Please call us before your start time and let us know when you think you’ll arrive so that we keep holding your room. If your start time comes and goes without hearing from you, we may give away your room to someone else on the wait list—but not before giving you a call.

What is Karaoke-On-Demand and why do I have to pay it?


Karaoke-on-Demand or KOD is the mandatory fee we collect on behalf of the different agencies to pay for the musical efforts you’re seeing on the screens!

What is the minimum spend?

Instead of an hourly charge, sometimes it’s better to eat and drink more while singing! If the minimum spend of the room is achieved we’ll waive the hourly charge for your room.
