Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using www.ziggys.com.sg and any related reservation, payment, enquiry or communication channels operated by First Verse Pte. Ltd., trading as ZIGGY’S (“ZIGGY’S”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing our website, making a reservation, purchasing a voucher or package, contacting us, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About ZIGGY’S

ZIGGY’S operates private karaoke rooms and cocktail bar services at:

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • misuse, interfere with or disrupt the website;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

  • upload or transmit malicious code, spam or harmful material; or
  • use the website in a way that may damage ZIGGY’S, our guests, our partners or our service providers.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to legal claims and/or criminal liability.

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

Certain services, products or premises access may be subject to age restrictions under Singapore law, including restrictions relating to alcohol, nightlife venues and licensed premises.

We reserve the right to request identification and to refuse service where required or appropriate.

4. Reservations

Reservations may be made through our website, booking system, WhatsApp, telephone, email or other channels approved by us.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by ZIGGY’S.

A reservation is not confirmed unless you receive a confirmation from us or through our authorised booking system.

We may require information including your name, contact number, email address, reservation date and time, room type, number of guests, payment details and any other information reasonably required to process your booking.

5. Room Allocation and Capacity

Room capacities, room types and layouts are provided for guidance and may be updated from time to time.

We will use reasonable efforts to provide the room type selected or confirmed, but we reserve the right to reassign rooms where operationally necessary, provided the replacement room is reasonably suitable for the confirmed booking size.

Guests must not exceed the maximum room capacity stated by ZIGGY’S.

6. Rates, Packages and Promotions

Room rates, minimum spends, packages, promotions and other prices are displayed on our website or communicated through our authorised channels.

Prices may vary by room type, date, time, day of week, duration, package type, event period or other factors.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • prices are in Singapore dollars;
  • prices may be subject to GST and/or service charge where applicable;
  • promotions are not exchangeable for cash;
  • promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated; and
  • ZIGGY’S may amend, withdraw or replace promotions at any time.

We will honour confirmed bookings based on the terms confirmed at the time of booking, unless there is an obvious error or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Payments and Deposits

We may require payment, deposit, card authorisation or other payment confirmation to secure a reservation, package or voucher purchase.

Payment instructions may be sent through our website, booking system, WhatsApp, email, payment link or other authorised channel.

You are responsible for ensuring that payment is completed before any stated deadline. If payment is not completed within the required time, your booking may be released or cancelled.

Third-party payment processors may process payments on our behalf. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

8. Cancellations, Changes and No-Shows

Cancellation, amendment and no-show terms may vary depending on the booking type, package, promotion, date, time or event.

The applicable cancellation or amendment terms will be stated at the point of booking, in your booking confirmation or otherwise communicated by ZIGGY’S.

If no specific cancellation or amendment terms are stated, please contact us as early as possible for assistance. Any amendment remains subject to availability and ZIGGY’S approval.

9. Vouchers and Packages

Vouchers and packages purchased online or through ZIGGY’S are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • vouchers and packages are not exchangeable for cash;
  • vouchers and packages may only be used once;
  • expired vouchers and packages will not be accepted;
  • lost, deleted or misused vouchers may not be replaced;
  • vouchers and packages may not be resold for commercial purposes; and
  • ZIGGY’S may verify the identity of the purchaser or holder before accepting redemption.

Where a voucher or package is transferable, it remains the responsibility of the purchaser and holder to ensure it is used correctly.

10. Guest Conduct

All guests must behave respectfully and comply with venue rules, licensing requirements and staff instructions.

ZIGGY’S may refuse entry, stop service, remove guests or end a session without refund if a guest:

  • behaves in a disorderly, abusive, unsafe or unlawful manner;
  • damages property;
  • harasses staff or other guests;
  • breaches licensing, alcohol, safety or house rules;
  • brings prohibited items into the venue;
  • exceeds room capacity;
  • refuses to provide identification where required; or
  • otherwise acts in a way that may affect the safety, comfort or experience of others.

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or cleaning costs caused by them or their group.

11. Alcohol and Licensing

Alcohol service is subject to Singapore law and applicable licensing conditions.

We may refuse alcohol service to any person who is underage, unable to provide valid identification, intoxicated, disorderly or otherwise unsuitable to be served.

Outside alcohol, food or beverages may not be brought into ZIGGY’S unless expressly approved by us in advance.

12. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIGGY’S is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought into the venue.

Items left behind may be retained, discarded or dealt with in accordance with our internal lost-and-found procedures.

13. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, design, layout and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ZIGGY’S unless stated otherwise.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any website content without our prior written consent.

14. Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our website or messages may contain links to third-party websites, booking tools, payment platforms, social media pages or other services.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, content, policies or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIGGY’S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or economic loss arising from your use of our website, reservation channels, venue or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ZIGGY’S, its officers, employees, contractors, service providers and representatives against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your misuse of the website or services;
  • your breach of law;
  • your conduct at the venue; or
  • damage, loss or injury caused by you or your group.

18. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to our website, booking channels or services at any time if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, misused our services or acted unlawfully or improperly.

19. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, making a reservation, contacting us or purchasing a voucher or package, you acknowledge that we may collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
