This Privacy Policy explains how First Verse Pte. Ltd., trading as ZIGGY’S (“ZIGGY’S”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects personal data.

It applies when you visit www.ziggys.com.sg, make or enquire about a reservation, contact us, visit our premises, purchase a package or otherwise interact with ZIGGY’S.

1. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • reservation details, including the date, time, room type, number of guests, booking reference, occasion and special requests;
  • event-enquiry information, including company name, event format, expected attendance, budget and operational requirements;
  • communications sent through WhatsApp, telephone, email, website forms, social media or other channels;
  • transaction information, including deposits, purchases, refunds, packages, vouchers, receipts and order history;
  • guest-profile information, including visit history, preferences, bottle-custody records and related service notes, where applicable;
  • marketing preferences, consent records and opt-out requests;
  • website and device information, including IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referral source and interactions with advertisements or website content;
  • CCTV or security footage from relevant common or publicly accessible areas of our premises, where applicable; and
  • any other personal data that you voluntarily provide to us.

Please do not provide personal data about another person unless you are authorised to do so and have informed that person of the relevant purpose.

2. How We Collect Personal Data

We may collect personal data when you:

  • make, amend or cancel a reservation;
  • submit an event or venue enquiry;
  • contact us through WhatsApp, telephone, email or social media;
  • purchase a package, voucher or other product;
  • visit ZIGGY’S or interact with our staff;

  • communicate about availability, deposits, payments, booking changes, guest requirements and service requests;
  • recommend an appropriate room, event format or venue arrangement;

  • manage customer enquiries, complaints, feedback and service recovery;
  • maintain guest profiles, visit history, preferences, package balances and bottle-custody records;

  • conduct analytics, customer segmentation, business reporting and service improvement;

Communications may be sent through WhatsApp, SMS, email, telephone, social media or other appropriate channels.

You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided, replying “STOP” where applicable, or contacting us using the details below.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending operational messages concerning an existing enquiry, reservation, payment, package, bottle-custody record, safety matter or legal obligation.

5. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose personal data to:

  • our employees, officers and authorised representatives;
  • reservation, CRM, messaging, website-hosting, point-of-sale, payment, cloud-storage, IT-support, marketing and analytics providers;
  • banks, payment processors and financial-service providers;
  • contractors, vendors and event partners where reasonably necessary to fulfil your booking or request;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers and legal advisers;
  • government agencies, licensing authorities, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or courts where required or permitted by law; and

ZIGGY’S does not normally receive or retain complete payment-card details. Payment providers process such information according to their own terms, security standards and privacy policies.

We do not control the privacy or security practices of those third parties. You should review their applicable privacy notices before providing personal data directly to them.

If you are below 18 years old, please do not provide personal data to us without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

A parent or guardian may contact us regarding personal data submitted by or relating to a minor.
