This policy applies to our website at www.ziggys.com.sg, our booking and reservation channels, WhatsApp, email, telephone enquiries, in-venue interactions and any other service operated by or on behalf of ZIGGY’S.

If you are below 18 years old, please do not provide personal data to us unless your parent or legal guardian has consented.

  • reservation details, including date, time, room type, number of guests, booking reference, special requests and related correspondence;

  • guest profile information, including visit history, preferences, bottle custody records and spend history, where applicable;

  • CCTV or security-related information if you visit our premises; and
