Reservation Policies
Deposits
Please note that credit card details will be required to complete the reservation.
A deposit amount will be charged upfront in order to secure the available room reservation. This amount will be offset against the final bill at the end of the reservation.
Deluxe Room - $125 / reservation
We are only able to hold rooms for a maximum of 15 min after which we will release the room to waitlisted or walk-in customers
If you are running late, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate, subject to room availability at the time.
Hourly rental charges will start to accrue from the time of the booking slot.
Cancellations
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show as well as cancellations and changes of reservation dates less than:
Deluxe Room - 72 hours prior to the reservation time
For cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance for Deluxe Rooms, an application for a refund of deposit can be made here
Any refund of deposits will be net of transaction fees of $4.75 for a Deluxe Room
Special Requests
We welcome diners to bring their own celebration cakes.
We are available to take advance delivery of cakes from 5:00pm on the date of your reservation.
