Terms & Conditions
No drinks are included in the rental rate and must be ordered and paid for separately. There is no minimum spend on food & beverages.
Karaoke Fees are charged in addition to, and separate from, the Premium Suite Rental Rate.
All prices quoted exclude the prevailing Goods and Services Tax and Service Charge of 10%.
Bookings will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of a full prepayment of the Rental Rate for the desired number of hours. Karaoke Fees will be charged at the end of the session, depending on the number of guests.
Prepayments are strictly non-refundable in the event of any cancellation, no-shows or any amendment of date of booking.
ZIGGY’S is a strictly non-smoking karaoke. Kindly note that a cleaning fee of SGD 500 for guest rooms and SGD 1,000 for suites will be charged if smoking is detected. We thank you for your understanding.
