Planning a private event
Does ZIGGY’S host corporate events and private parties?
Yes. ZIGGY’S hosts corporate socials, team celebrations, client entertainment, product launches, networking events, birthdays, reunions and private parties at CHIJMES.
Can I book the entire venue?
Yes. A full venue buyout gives you exclusive use of the entire venue — all private karaoke rooms, the common areas and the bar. Availability, timing, pricing and conditions are confirmed for each event.
Can I reserve more than one room for an event?
Yes. Events can be arranged across multiple rooms, subject to availability and confirmation. This is different from a full venue buyout, where the whole venue is exclusively yours.
Are event and venue-buyout prices listed online?
Standard room rates are published on our Room Rates page. Event and venue-buyout pricing is quoted per event, based on your date, timing, room arrangement, guest count and food and beverage requirements. Send us your details for a quotation.
What should I include in an event enquiry?
Share your preferred date, start time, expected duration, estimated guest count, the type of event and any hosting or food and beverage requirements. We’ll check availability and recommend the most suitable arrangement.
Can I bring decorations?
You’re welcome to bring decorations for your event. Please avoid anything that could damage the walls, furniture or fittings, such as strong adhesives, nails or other permanent fixtures. Advance decoration deliveries can be accepted during our operating hours with prior confirmation.
How many guests can ZIGGY’S accommodate for an event?
It depends on the format. A single private room suits groups from 2 up to around 25 in our VIP Suites; larger gatherings can use multiple rooms; and a full venue buyout can host a larger private event across the whole space. Tell us your expected numbers and we’ll recommend the best setup.
