Yes. A karaoke fee of S$10 per guest is charged in addition to, and separately from, the room rental. It covers music and karaoke-related licensing charges for the authorised commercial use of music videos.

Cancel 48 hours or more before your reservation and your deposit is refunded, less payment processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.

No. All listed prices exclude prevailing GST and a 10% service charge.

Rooms are held for 15 minutes from the reserved booking time, after which they may be released to other guests. Hourly rental charges start from the reserved booking time. If you expect to be late, contact us and we will try to accommodate you, subject to room availability at the time.

Room rental is charged by the hour, and the rate for each hour is determined by the time that hour begins.

For example, a Deluxe Room for eight guests on Wednesday from 8:00–10:00pm would be:
• 8:00–9:00pm: 1 hour × Happy Hour rate — S$40
• 9:00–10:00pm: 1 hour × standard rate — S$60
• Karaoke fee: 8 guests × S$10 — S$80
• Subtotal: S$180, excluding GST and 10% service charge.
