Room rental is charged by room type, day and time.
Karaoke fees are charged separately per guest.

$10/pax Karaoke Fees are charged in addition to, and separate from, the room rental fee, to cover music and karaoke related licensing charges for the authorised commercial use of music videos.
Minimum booking duration is 2 hours.
Room rental fees exclude food and beverages.

Bookings will be held for 15 minutes from the booking time, after which rooms may be released to other guests.

Hourly rental charges will start to accrue from the booking time.
All prices quoted exclude prevailing Goods and Services Tax and 10% service charge.
ZIGGY’S is strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $500 for guest rooms and $1,000 for VIP rooms will be charged if smoking is detected.
