Yes. A karaoke fee of S$10 per guest is charged in addition to, and separately from, the room rental. It covers music and karaoke-related licensing charges for the authorised commercial use of music videos.

No. The hourly rental price is set by room category. A separate, one-off S$10-per-guest karaoke fee applies.

Each complete qualifying set for your room category gives two complimentary room-rental hours. The benefit applies to room rental only. Bottle or flask purchases, the one-off S$10-per-guest karaoke fee, prevailing GST and 10% service charge still apply.

Complimentary hours do not reserve extra time or extend a booking. Additional time is subject to availability and operating hours.

Yes. A deposit confirms your booking and is credited towards the final bill. The amount is confirmed before payment.

For standard room bookings, cancellation notices received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time qualify for a deposit refund, less payment processing fees. Cancellation notices or rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, and no-shows, forfeit the full deposit. Rescheduling requests received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time are subject to availability and confirmation by ZIGGY’S; your booking does not change until confirmed. No. All listed prices exclude prevailing GST and a 10% service charge.

Rooms are held for 15 minutes after the reserved start time and may then be released. Hourly rental charges begin at the reserved start time.

Room rental is charged by the hour, and the rate for each hour is determined by the time that hour begins.

For example, a Deluxe Room for eight guests on Wednesday from 8:00–10:00pm would be:
• 8:00–9:00pm: 1 hour × Happy Hour rate — S$40
• 9:00–10:00pm: 1 hour × standard rate — S$60
• Karaoke fee: 8 guests × S$10 — S$80
• Subtotal: S$180, excluding GST and 10% service charge.
